Why This, and Why Me

I spent 15 years in B2B product marketing at IBM, Oracle, Okta, and Hitachi — and I watched the same problem repeat everywhere.

Product marketers wrote about features. Sales teams talked about capabilities. And buyers sat on the other end trying to figure out whether any of it actually solved their problem. The messaging was technically accurate and completely disconnected from what the audience cared about. I kept rewriting the copy myself — ad campaigns, landing pages, sales decks — to make it speak to the person on the other end instead of the product on ours.

Eventually I realized that's the work I should be doing full-time. Now I do the same translation for consultants, coaches, and fractional executives who've outgrown referrals and need their LinkedIn presence to start real conversations. I conduct diagnostic interviews, build brand voice documentation, and write content that sounds like the person it represents.

Do I need the Positioning Sprint before ghostwriting?
Yes — unless you already have comprehensive brand voice documentation from previous work. I don't write content without knowing exactly who you're talking to and why they should care. The Positioning Sprint creates the foundation that makes the ghostwriting work.
How many posts per month do you write?
The ghostwriting retainer offers two tiers: 8 posts per month (2/week) at $2,500/month, or 12–16 posts per month (3–4/week) at $3,500/month. Both include a monthly content interview with performance review and strategy adjustments built in.
What's the minimum commitment for ghostwriting?
Three months to start. Content takes 60–90 days to build trust and start generating inbound. I work with clients on a long-term retainer basis because that's where the compounding results happen.
Do you post on my behalf?
I write the content and provide a content calendar. You (or your VA) handle publishing, engagement, and inbox management. I provide SOPs for engagement strategy and outbound DMs so you have a playbook to follow.
What if I just need my profile cleaned up?
The LinkedIn Sprint is built for that — a profile rewrite, 4 ready-to-publish posts, a content direction brief, and a strategy call. $1,500, done in 1–2 weeks.
Can I buy just the Brand Voice Guide without LinkedIn work?
Yes. Some clients have their own content team but need the voice work documented. The standalone Brand Voice Guide is $3,500 — same diagnostic interview and deliverable, without the LinkedIn profile direction and sample posts.
